Added a monthly owner review on the news page (import game only for now). 

Here you can keep track of popularity and company funds going up or down month to month.

In the future, this may be associated with a 'game over' state (you can be fired from the promotion if the owner is consistently disappointed).

Fixed a bug with certain angle types not working.
