Version 0.2.2

New features:

- Match ratings overhaul.  Matches get a star rating based on worker abilities. Workers have their star rating potential listed in their profiles (this is the rating they should be capable of in a vacuum against an equally skilled opponent).

- Segments (including angles) get crowd reaction ratings. More work is needed to take into account how different worker skills affect the ratings of different angle types.

- More ways to sort workers (skills, behaviour, star rating potential).

- Workers have an age (imported from DAT for import game, or randomly generated for random game).

- Next day screen includes a list of the best matches of the week/month/year.

- Added a default image for workers.
