New features:

- Added gender for import and random games. Includes random female first names and new default worker images. You can also filter worker lists by gender.

- Segment durations. You can now select from 5 different match durations for angles and matches. These contribute to the total show length which is now set.

- Event validation. More checks for valid segments and show length, along with some UI indicators that show which segments are valid and which are not.

- Renamed 'potential' to 'workrate'. This statistic represents the typical quality of a match the worker can deliver today, it has nothing to do with future potential.

- Fixed targeting for interference. Targets will now be remembered if you change angle or segment types.

- Improved segment ratings for angles.

- Match booking UI improvements.
