Faster event booking!

Double click on a worker/title/tag team to add it to the first team in a match.

Right click on a worker/title/tag team to add it to the next team in a match.

Examples:

3-way match: right click on three workers.

4-on-4 match: double click on four workers, then right click on four workers.

Also added the ability to make new titles and tag teams when no title or tag team is displayed. This makes it possible to create tag teams and titles in the random game.
