Medical

- New control that displays the status of your Medical department. Go the the Finance screen to view it

- The progress bar shows how many medical staff members you have as a fraction of the ideal amount of staff (given your roster size)

- The average skill of your staff is displayed, along with a number in brackets. This shows if your average staff skill level is above or below the level required for your promotion. The average skill required is based on promotion size

- The effects are determined by the amount of medics you have and their skill level. If these are not sufficient, you will suffer penalties in the form of higher risk of worker injury and longer injury duration. If you have highly skilled staff or are overstaffed, you will receive small bonuses

- Click the 'eye' button to view your medical staff in the browser

- Click the '+' button to view medical staff available to hire
