Road Agents
Road agents are now displayed on the Financial screen along with medical staff.
Road agents impact match rating.
Also simplified the staff effects a bit. The game now measures "coverage", that is, the percentage of your workers that the amount of staff you have can cover. More coverage means better bonuses. Other, independent bonuses are based on the average skill of your staff. Individual effects are denoted as being the result of either coverage or skill.
