Added the ability to release workers and staff from their contracts.

Updated the contract display for staff and workers to be more in line with the rest of the interface.

Added display for referees, broadcast, and owner to financial screen. Right now it just shows the count and has links to view/hire these staff types, no functionality yet.

Increased minimum window size.

Fixed loading saved games.
