Version 0.3.10 - Balancing match/angle ratings
Small update this time, mainly to simplify how match ratings are calculated. Lots of simplification behind the scenes to make balancing easier in the future.
- Match lengths now impact match ratings. Bad matches get penalties if they go on too long, potentially great matches get penalties if they are too short.
- Entourage popularity influences match ratings slightly.
- Trainers don't have roster coverage any more. Each trainer in your staff simply gives you an additional daily chance to improve the stats of one of your workers.
- Staff coverage is now out of 100% instead of the previous 200%. Each staff type has a single modifier number that is applied in calculations involving that staff type. At 100% coverage this modifier is equal to average staff skill. Coverage below 100% gives a penalty to the modifier.
Example:
Your average medical staff skill is 80.
You have enough medical staff to cover 50% of your roster size.
80 * 50% = 40
Your modifier for medical staff is 40.
