Version 0.3.11 - Match rules

Added modifiers to match rules.

Different types of matches (cage, hardcore, submission, I quit, etc) now have a subtle impact on match ratings. Some matches enhance different skill sets (submission matches give a bonus to Wrestling skill, hardcore matches give a bonus to Striking skill, etc). Some matches also are more high risk and have give a higher chance of injuring workers (such as ladder matches).

Also fixed a bug that broke stable creation in some situations.
